This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to all personal data collected and processed by the jilioo platform operator ("jilioo", "we", "us", "our") in connection with the jilioo website at jilioo.net and all associated services. By registering an account or using the jilioo platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must discontinue use of the jilioo platform.

1. Data Controller Identity

jilioo is the data controller responsible for your personal information collected through the jilioo platform. jilioo operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. jilioo collects the following categories of personal data, depending on how you interact with the platform:

Registration Data

• Full legal name, date of birth, and nationality;
• Email address and mobile phone number;
• Username and encrypted password;
• Residential address (province, city, barangay).

Identity Verification (KYC) Data

• Government-issued identification documents (SSS UMID, PhilHealth card, driver's licence, passport, or equivalent Philippine government ID);
• Selfie or facial recognition images where required for enhanced verification;
• Source of funds declarations where required under PAGCOR Anti-Money Laundering obligations.

Financial Data

• GCash mobile number and transaction reference numbers;
• Maya, BDO, BPI, or UnionBank account details used for deposits and withdrawals;
• Transaction history including deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus credits, and game wagering records.

Technical and Usage Data

4. Legal Basis for Processing

jilioo processes your personal data on the following legal bases under the Data Privacy Act:

• Contractual necessity — processing required to perform the contract between jilioo and you as an account holder (account management, payments, game delivery);
• Legal obligation — processing required for jilioo to comply with PAGCOR regulations, KYC requirements, AMLA obligations, and other applicable Philippine law;
• Legitimate interests — processing for fraud prevention, platform security, and product improvement, where those interests do not override your fundamental privacy rights;
• Consent — processing for marketing communications, where you have given explicit, freely-given consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

5.1 jilioo does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.

5.2 jilioo may share your personal data with the following categories of trusted service providers, strictly for the purposes described in this Policy:

• Payment processors — GCash (Mynt), Maya (Voyager Innovations), BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other payment partners, to process financial transactions;
• Identity verification providers — third-party KYC technology providers that assist jilioo in verifying government-issued identification documents;
• Game providers — JILI Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and similar providers, to the extent necessary to deliver game services and resolve disputes;
• Cloud infrastructure and IT service providers — hosting, security, and platform infrastructure partners operating under strict data processing agreements;
• Customer support platforms — third-party help-desk software providers used to manage support tickets and live chat, bound by confidentiality obligations.

5.3 jilioo may disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), law enforcement agencies, or courts where required by applicable Philippine law or a valid legal order.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

6.1 jilioo uses cookies and similar technologies on the jilioo platform to enable core functionality, remember your session preferences, and analyse platform usage patterns.

6.2 The following categories of cookies are used:

• Strictly necessary cookies — required for the jilioo platform to function, including session authentication and security tokens. These cannot be disabled without breaking core platform functionality;
• Analytical cookies — used to understand how players navigate the jilioo platform and to improve the user experience. Data collected is aggregated and anonymised where possible;
• Preference cookies — used to remember your language, display, and notification preferences across sessions.

7. Data Retention

7.1 jilioo retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a period of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR's record-keeping requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act's document retention obligations.

7.2 Transaction records and KYC documents may be retained for a longer period where required by law or where jilioo is subject to an ongoing legal proceeding or regulatory investigation.

7.3 Marketing communication preferences and opt-out records are retained indefinitely to ensure jilioo honours your communication preferences even after account closure.

8. Data Security

8.1 jilioo implements technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk level of the data being processed. These measures include 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, AES-256 encryption for sensitive data stored at rest, multi-factor authentication for internal systems access, regular security audits and penetration testing, and strict access controls limiting staff access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.

8.2 In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in risk to your rights and freedoms, jilioo will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach and will notify affected individuals as required by the Data Privacy Act.

9. Your Data Rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by jilioo:

• Right to be informed — to know how jilioo collects and uses your personal data (this Policy fulfils that obligation);
• Right of access — to obtain a copy of the personal data jilioo holds about you;
• Right to rectification — to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
• Right to erasure — to request deletion of your personal data where jilioo no longer has a legal basis for retaining it (subject to legal retention obligations);
• Right to object — to object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling for marketing purposes;
• Right to data portability — to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used format;
• Right to lodge a complaint — to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if you believe jilioo has violated your data privacy rights.

10. Children and Minors

The jilioo platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above. jilioo does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If jilioo discovers that personal data has been collected from a minor, the account will be immediately suspended and all associated data will be deleted. 11. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of jilioo's technology partners and game providers may process data outside the Philippines. Where such transfers occur, jilioo ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place — including contractual data processing agreements that impose data protection standards equivalent to those required under the Philippine Data Privacy Act — before any personal data is transferred internationally.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

jilioo reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered jilioo players via the email address on their account at least 14 days before the revised Policy takes effect where practicable. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the jilioo platform after a revised Policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
