3.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate. jilioo may suspend or terminate accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or outdated.
3.3 In compliance with PAGCOR's Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, jilioo will request identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include any valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilHealth card, SSS UMID, driver's licence, or passport.
3.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jilioo login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. jilioo will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games will be stated in the promotion details.
5.3 jilioo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without notice, where jilioo determines in good faith that the promotion is being abused or that its continuation poses a financial or regulatory risk.
5.4 Promotional offers at jilioo are intended for recreational players. Systematic exploitation of bonus terms — including but not limited to matched betting, bonus arbitrage, coordinated abuse with other players, or use of automated software — is a material breach of these Terms.
6.1 All games available on the jilioo Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results cannot be influenced by jilioo, the game provider, or any player.
6.2 In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on jilioo's server, the server record shall be the definitive record for the purposes of settling the game outcome.
6.3 Technical malfunctions — including disconnections, server errors, or display errors — void all affected bets. jilioo will make reasonable efforts to refund any wagers affected by a verified technical malfunction.

9.1 jilioo's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.2 jilioo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment provider delays.

11.1 jilioo is committed to promoting responsible gambling. 12.2 You may close your jilioo account at any time by contacting support. Real money balances remaining after closure will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to standard KYC verification and provided no bonus wagering obligations remain outstanding.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the jilioo Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or where applicable, to the dispute resolution procedures of PAGCOR.
